Leith has over 17 year' experience in the financial services industry. Leith's background is in investment analysis, economic analysis and portfolio management. He has particular expertise in individually managed portfolio for HNW and UHNW individuals and families.
Leith has a Bachelor of Commerce (Majors: Applied Finance and Accounting. Minor : Business Law) and Masters of Applied Finance (Investing).
JACKSON TIDSWELL

Jackson Tidswell is a Financial Adviser at Sustain Capital with over five years of experience in investment management and financial planning. Jackson excels at developing individually managed portfolios and delivering tailored solutions for clients. His areas of expertise include retirement planning, wealth management, tax planning, and risk management.

Nilesh joined the group in 2000. He holds a degree in Economics and Accountancy from Loughborough University in England and a Diploma in Financial Planning.(B. Economics / Accountancy, Dip Financial Planning)
SUZY DIMITREVSKI
Practice Manager
Suzy joined the Sustain team in 2006. With a keen eye for detail, Suzy assists our Advisers and Managing Directors as well as ensuring that the Sustains offices operate as seamlessly & efficiently as possible.
Suzy’s qualifications include Certificate III in Business Administration and a complete Personal Assistant Course. Suzy is a fast learner and eager to be of assistance. These qualities and her strong interest in the industry ensure the smooth operation of our offices.

Investment Analyst
Max Riaz has over twenty two years of experience in buy-side investment research, funds management, private equity and business management. Max holds an MBA (Finance) with distinction average from UTS and Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree from UNSW.

Investment Analyst
Zach Riaz has over seventeen years of experience in financial markets including portfolio management, investment management and sell-side investment research. Zach holds a MBA (Finance) from MGSM and Masters of Commerce (Honours) from UNSW.
GAURAV SINGLA
Investment Analyst
Gaurav Singla brings valuable direct industry experience in financial accounting. Previously, he was the financial accountant at an Australian hospitality firm and was involved across the finance function. Gaurav holds an Extended Masters in Finance from University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Bachelor in Accounting and Finance from Punjab University and he is currently working towards completing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.

Investment Analyst
Mr Ung has over seventeen years of experience covering financial markets, portfolio management, sell-side investment research and investment banking. Mr Ung holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and Bachelor of Law (Honours) from University of Sydney, and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Mr Ung has been admitted as a practicing solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

FRANK WANG

Frank has extensive skill and ability across multiple programming languages in particular Java/J2EE programming and popular open-source frameworks. Whilst at university Frank was involved in numerous academic research projects and gained the top mark in his Master studies at the University of Wollongong. He was also a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society.

AJAY MOHAN
Software Engineer
Ajay has recently joined the T team as a trainee IT administrator. He has completed a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering from India and currently doing his masters in Big Data and Machine Learning at the University of Wollongong. He is responsible for assisting to build the DevOps platform destined to provide deployment automation to our application's backbone. He holds the certifications of RedHat Certified System Administrator and RedHat Certified Engineer.
